I did communicate with conucil man Jack Evans about this issue. As a neighbor and FORCED hollocaust victim near this empty house, it is an option to be in at last and finalize my full settlement and career deal while inside (temporary naming it to me is possible, Arthur M. tranistional shelter). We will keep it clean, shaved while focusing on my career so you will have to keep an ambulance nearby for possible winter case.
