Good morning Georgetown, here’s the latest:
- Capitol Prague Cafe (the new coffee shop occupying the old Morso Express space, and the older Fetoosh Express) is now open. The main restaurant section is due to open soon, although GM hears not much has been done on the procedural side to get the liquor license back up and running.
- Speaking of coffee, if you want to drink a lot of coffee and burn some of the caffeine off on the bike, this coffee bike crawl (including Baked and Wired) may be for you (shouldn’t it be bike roll?)

Um, I’m sorry, what??? Or, rather, co??? Nerozumím! You cannot have a Czech restaurant without a liquor license, because you cannot have a Czech restaurant without beer! Or Becherovka!
I’m sure they’ll serve beer (including the original Czech Budweiser). I just think they may be behind on the paper work.
Phew, ok. I wonder if I can convince them to import Staropramen Granát. I know there are places around New York that have it. Was my favorite of all the Czech beers.
