The Georgetown Metropolitan 
This is an appropriate honor for Senator Percy. Too bad there aren’t more like him in the Senate and House today. This would be a good place to install a ceremonial “gateway” to Georgetown — Perhaps a pair of granite gate posts with a lighting element, and something interpretive either on the pillars or nearby. Of course, an even better location for a “Gateway Georgetown” would be alongside Pennsylvania Avenue as one crosses the bridge from the City into the Village.
