What’s at the 3100 block of R St.? A museum?
It’s from the Byzantine collection at Dumbarton Oaks. I guess a more accurate block location is the 1700 block of 32nd St. since that’s the museum entrance. The entrance to the gardens and the main house is at 31st and R.
