Please post a picture of the Dumbarton side of the house on the northeast corner of Dumbarton and 28th Street. Same lack of being a good neighbor in a historic district.

The street is 27th Street, Northwest. (There is no 1600 26th Street NW.)
However, the building address is the 2600 block of Que Street, Northwest. Let’s give proper credit to the building with the ghastly display.
You may find that the dead-end street, Mill Race Street Northwest, may very well begin at the corner of the building where the laundry is airing.
Take a walk back by the Civil War Cemetery and see for yourself.
