Good morning Georgetown, here’s the latest:
- GM hears that Serendipity 3 is finally opening next week. The soft opening should be Tuesday.
- Well, Georgetown went overwhelmingly for Mara, but Vincent Orange is still weighing in against the campus plan.
The Georgetown Metropolitan 
I saw them about to hang some sort of canopy or awning at Serendipity this morning on my way in to the office.
Too bad Nathans is gone. Maybe Serendipity can keep up with the outrageous rent. Georgetown is quickly becoming the ice cream/cupcake/burger capital of the USA. Way to go BID.
