No mention of the big restaurant news? That Hook will not reopen, but rather it will be replaced by a Mexican restaurant with Graffiato’s Mike Isabella at the helm.
Regardless of what you think of Isabella, it’s definitely a nice development for those wishing that Georgetown could land restaurants with a bit more buzz. (Granted, Hook was one of those restaurants for a while, but that was before they suffered major turnover).
How did “not the choicest cuts of meat” turn into “secondhand meat?” The Voice blogger doesn’t seem to understand how restaurants work.
