- GM hears that the Latham Hotel and Citronelle have closed immediately due to flooding. GM hears hotel guests were even being sent to other hotels.
- Retail to Jefferson Court? Seems like not the best location for that.

I have heard that the JBG folks are talking to Harris Teeter about putting a grocery store there… Not a done deal but a very real possibility.
