Good morning Georgetown, here’s the latest:
- The plan for micro-units having fallen through, the old Latham Hotel has been sold again. It is likely to be returned to use as a hotel or perhaps a mix of hotel and luxury apartments.
- Laduree confirms that they’re coming to DC. GM has previously reported that they’re coming to Georgetown.
