And Visions of Belgian Beers Danced in Their Heads…

The forthcoming Sovereign restaurant tantalized Belgian beer fans yesterday with this tweet showing off the bottled beers they’ve collected.

Some beers that GM can make out:

• Cuvée de Ranke
• Saison De Dottignies
• Noir De Dottignies (each of these is brewed by Brouwerij De Ranke in Wevelgem, Belgium)

That’s all GM can make out. Does anyone else recognize some rare Belgian brew in the photo?

GM has not heard exactly when the Sovereign will open, but it has previously claimed that it would be before the end of the year. Even if they miss that, it shouldn’t be too far beyond that if they’re already stockpiling beer.
