   Good riddance. It was a hell hole.

   Look at that window – multiple layers of peeling paint (probably lead), single pane, dried-out putty. What a dump. I just hope another zoot-suit store doesn’t take its place.

   I think someone has applied for a liquor license there, but I’m not positive.
