Good morning Georgetown, here’s the latest:
- New Italian seafood restaurant for the Washington Harbour (GM can’t tell from the map, is it replacing Sequoia?)
- GM still doesn’t understand how a business can survive only offering to dry your hair. Well Georgetown will find out soon.
The Georgetown Metropolitan 
3050 K St is the western building at Washington Harbour. Sequoia is in the east building, 3000 K. The floorplan fits the southwest corner of 3050, which has been cleared of the previous tenant(s).
