- That huge house across the street from where Herb Miller used to live is now being turned into condos. Was zoning approval ever given for that? GM doesn’t remember anything like that.

Bidder #5 stayed at home because of the snowstorm, and so Bidder #2’s bid of Tuesday was not topped and Bidder #2 wins the auction at $19.5 million.
