It was just last Saturday when the Volta Pl. community gathered to unveil the newly named Cashell Alley. But we know that when it comes to locations, nothing is truly official until the great Google in the Cloud deems it so.
And so it is with pleasure that GM announces that this final hurdle has been cleared:
It’s rather surprising how fast it happened actually, and GM suspects he had something to do with it. Over the weekend he clicked the “Report an Issue” button for the location of the alley and sent a link to the legislation naming it. Two days later, and voila.
2015 might not bring us hoverboards, but rapidly responding electronic maps is still pretty cool.
