Old Georgetown in Color: Summer Time (Cont.)

Back to the boys swimming in the canal for this week’s Old Georgetown in Color. Like the previous one, it’s from sometime between 1909 and 1919. It appears to be the same spot on the canal too.

We never really get as close to a sense of infinity as when we’re young and the whole summer opens up in front of us. It’s scenes like this that let us capture a brief glimmer of that feeling again.
