- New plans submitted for redevelopment of Key Bridge Exxon condo.
- Redevelopment planned for Prospect St. parking lot is having trouble finding tenants.

The Georgetown Metropolitan 
Not surprised since Georgetown is already saturated with chains. A lot off the main drag is not ideal for many. The developers are probably best served by focusing on dining, office space and maybe something novel (like bringing back the pinball museum?)
