The Georgetown Metropolitan 
Topher, nobody in Fairfax County is trying to “steal Alexandria’s thunder.” I grew up in Mt Vernon – our mailing address was Alexandria. Nobody I knew thought that was some sort of status symbol or even thought much of it – in fact there are neighborhoods down there far nice than anything in the Alexandria city limits. Its a non issue, a country/city Virginia oddity – not what you are saying. So get over it!
