Good morning Georgetown, here’s the latest:
- Students arguing that SNAP punishments of students is too harsh.
- Are Georgetown spots still disproportionately Republican? GM doubts it, but what do you think?

The Georgetown Metropolitan 
In its time as a fashionable residential neighborhood, Georgetown was almost totally identified with the Democratic Party. The restaurant scene, less so, although high-end places like the Rive Gauche were popular with prominent Dems, and JFK proposed to Jackie at Martin’s.
