You’ve surely received them, those “Open Immediately” “Important Notice” junk mails. Nowadays they’ve tweaked it to prey on the current news by throwing in a few “bailout” references. What they are are uniformly misleading and disreputable. Well did you also know that they’re based, at least in part, right out of Georgetown? Check out the WJLA report:
