   How shortsighted. Reminds me of when the new owners of Little Tavern in Silver Spring listed that iconic structure on ebay for $80K, cash and move. And no, it didn’t sell.

   This Guards sign is only around 4-5 years old. The previous sign did not have a silver background.

   Even better yet! It’s silver and not burdened with any actual history! That’s gotta make it worth 100k easily.
