- GM was asked for the best first date location in Georgetown, and he suggested Chez Billy Sud. Any other suggestions?
- GM finally got around to reading Ghost of Georgetown. As much as it’s obviously about ghosts, it’s also a fabulous history of actual Georgetown. Pick it up and read it sometime!

— Cafe Bonaparte
— Baked and Wired (with a walk along the canal)
— Seasonal picks: Georgetown Harbour ice rink (for those that skate better than me) or Key Bridge Boathouse
— Pizzeria Paradiso, especially the downstairs Birreria
* from someone who hasn’t been on a first date in 13 years. But most of these give the option of drinks/lunch/dinner, in case one wants to extend the date or end it early.
