• GM missed this: Third Edition to become the second location of El Centro. GM knew that the restaurant was revamping, but he didn’t realize it meant the complete end of “Thirds” period. Not being a GU alum with nostalgic memories of underage drinking there, GM is not terribly sad to see it go.
• Is Georgetown Mara country? He won here big last time he ran.

• Something is going on with Blues Alley and a tax incentive, and possibly the Lincoln Theater. Beyond that, GM can’t figure it out.
• Waaaay back during the late 90s Internet bubble, GM had an idea for a website called parkthecar.com. You’d be able to go on and find out where parking lots had space and you could reserve and pay for the spot before you left. Never getting planning beyond choosing the website name, GM decided to go to law school instead. So he gets a kick out of reading that a Georgetown-based parking lot company is finally catching up to the idea.
