Today’s warm weather has brought life to the new waterfront, offering hope that this long awaited for project will be a popular destination this coming spring. Some fuzzy shots after the jump:

Seems like most days, the only folks there are dog owners letting their dogs run off-leash.
I’d hate for this brand-new park to become another one of those “unofficial” dog parks, where leash laws are ignored and unenforced.
