The Georgetown Metropolitan 
The conveyor tunnel between the now-demolished coal and ash house in the 2900 block of k St., and the West Heating Plant is still there. I believe there is an access door that opens to the tunnel, at the bottom of the underground public parking garage built on the site of the coal and ash house. The tunnel may be heavily contaminated.
