Good morning Georgetown, here’s the latest:
- Huge multi-family yard sale at the Dog Shop (1625 Wisconsin) this Saturday from 9 – 3 to benefit Lucky Dog animal rescue
- Vox Populi gets a glimpse of the new Georgetown B-School building
- The Current reports that the new tenants at the Georgetown Billiards location want to keep the pool tables and simply make it higher-end. Will there be a high-end air hockey? GM can dream can’t he?

Good Tuesday morning Georgetown. It’s a bit of a slow news day around the village, but this is what comes to mind:
- Andy Johnson informs GM that the Zoning Board approved his application for Sarah’s Market to provide dry cleaning drop off/pick up service
- Big-boned reality star Ruby Gettinger led a mile-long walk at Georgetown University
- While they lost a hot basketball prospect, G.U. snapped up this year’s fastest high school miler. Middle distance runners, you have nothing to lose but your loneliness!
